Purpose

These terms apply to any purchase of dubbing minutes or subscriptions on makeinstudio.com. They supplement the Terms of use. By confirming a payment, you accept them.

Seller

Sales are concluded with MyLenspire LLC, a limited liability company registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State (USA) under number 2026-001905713 on February 27, 2026, whose registered office is located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. To reach us, use the Contact page.

Offers and prices

The offers (per minute, packs, subscriptions) and their prices are displayed on the Pricing page, in euros including all taxes. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase. One dubbing minute corresponds to one minute of video dubbed into one language.

Payment

Payment is made online by card via Stripe, a secure payment provider; Makeinstudio neither sees nor keeps your card number. Minutes are credited as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. An invoice is available from the Billing area.

Use of minutes

Minutes are deducted when a dub is completed successfully, according to the length of the video and the number of languages. Minutes from a pack remain valid for 12 months after purchase; those from a subscription, until the end of the paid period.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after purchase to withdraw with respect to unused minutes, which are then refunded. By starting a dub, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and waive your right of withdrawal for the minutes used (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). See the Refunds page.

Video retention

Videos and dubbed versions are kept for 30 days after the last completed dub, then permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to download them beforehand; a countdown and an email sent 24 hours beforehand remind you to do so.

Liability

You remain responsible for the rights in the videos and voices you submit (see Acceptable use and Voice consent). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the dub concerned.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to us from the Contact page. In the event of a persistent disagreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator or to the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). These terms are governed by French law.
